DESIGN SERVICES

We are pleased to announce the DCOTA’s most recent addition, DCOTA Design Services LLC. This multifaceted program will provide needed services to our guests by offering a comprehensive Buying Service as well as an elite Designer Referral Service.

The Buying Service will enable customers who are not currently working with a designer to make limited purchases through DCOTA Design Services.

For more extensive projects, our Designer Referral Service will provide customers with a great resource to find their ideal designer. Clients will meet with the director of the DCOTA Design Services and discuss the details of their project, including the client’s budget and individual taste. Based on that information, the client will be shown the portfolios of the most appropriate designers for their job.
The director will then introduce the client to the designer(s) he/she chooses from our fine selection to make sure the perfect match is found.

DCOTA Design Services will solidify our center as the premier one-stop-shopping source for all types of design needs. Whether it is a small purchase or a grand estate, DCOTA Design Services can serve as the liaison between our valued clients and the means he/she requires to realize a vision.
