DCOTA Launches Customized Design Services to Realtors, Builders

DANIA BEACH, FL. Realtors and builders can now offer their high-end clientele a unique premium-added service through two exclusive new design services being offered at the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA).

 Whether looking to furnish a condominium or a grand estate, DCOTA's two new complimentary programs make shopping faster and easier, says veteran interior design specialist Wendy Hayward, who is Director of DCOTA Design Services, LLC, and will be offering these premium new services.

Our Designer Referral Service program pairs clients with experienced, top-notch designers who will work with any style or size project. For those not using a designer and prefer to shop on their own to purchase a select few items, the new Buying Service provides exclusive access to the DCOTA's international to-the-trade collections, she explains.

By-appointment only visits for both new services are arranged through DCOTA Design Services, LLC Director Wendy Hayward, IDS. For a greater understanding of these services, Hayward is also providing hour-long Realtor Introductory Seminars on June 28^th at 10 a.m. and July 26^th at 10 a.m. and both dates will include a tour of DCOTA with an overview of the new DCOTA Design Services programs.
